Coverage of recently nested LTR-retrotransposons in the analyzed genomes. The coverage is the percentage of the genome that is covered by recently nested LTR-retrotransposons. Due to the difficulty in detangling recently nested LTR-retrotransposons, these recently nested elements found may be less than the true number of recently nested elements. Oryza sativa indica and Oryza rufipogon, where no recently nested elements were found by Look4LTRs, are a good example of the difficulty in finding recently nested elements.
