An SE clade detected in Pseudomonadales is indicated by blue lines. The color of the host genus denotes the host order. Leaves indicated by the red filled squares are SEs with identifiable termini illustrated in Figs. 1 and 7, or Additional file 6. The tree is annotated and visualized using iTOL [46]
