Known PTM are indicated. Amino-acids numbering is done for a translation starting at AUG1, with corresponding values for molecular weight and length in bold. The other values are for proteins translated from AUG2. mRNA length (in bold) are indicated according to Table 1. mRNA lengths (in brackets) correspond to the number of bases from the +1 position to the stop codon, taking into account the 33 bp 5’UTR (as sequenced in [12])
