Each point represents a 16-mer oligo built into the cloud set for the poly-A SSR family, with oligos clustered into concentric rings depending on its stringency category in the poly-A cloud (innermost circle contains perfect poly-A repeats, the middle ring contains mid-stringency oligonucleotides, and the outermost ring contains low-stringency oligonucleotides). Different colors represent similarity to the perfect repeat, as indicated in the legend. The size of each point is scaled to represent the frequency of each oligonucleotide within the sequence used for building the cloud set
