Distribution of histone H3-like sequences in the Pseudocercospora fijiensis genome. A total of 784 histone H3-like sequences distributed among 471 hAT repetitive elements along 26 scaffolds (the two smallest were excluded) in the P. fijiensis genome are shown. All of the H3-like sequences, except for the original, are found in repeats. For each scaffold, histone H3 copies are indicated in the top half and all transposons in the bottom. Scaffold lengths are scaled to size and the original histone H3 gene is indicated with a red box
