Endogenous LINE-1 expression in LNCaP-abl xenografts. Immunohistochemistry on LNCaP-abl xenograft tissue was performed. Sections were incubated with ORF2 (a) or ORF1 (b) antibody with positive reactivity indicated by brown staining (DAB). Sections were counterstained with hematoxylin (blue) to visualize nuclei.
