The lineage reference sequences described by lineage names are available in the Repbase database [42]. b LTR-based phylogenetic relationships of eight TGTT and AACA families identified in four Rosaceae species. The 5′-LTR sequences of 91 TGTT and AACA elements were extracted from Pyrus bretschneideri (pink circles), Malus domestica (blue squares), Prunus persica (red circles) and Prunus mume (green triangles).
