Results of RNA immuno FISH (fluorescent in situ hybridization) experiments in which Dot COM is visualized (in red) using a RNA probe whose sequence is complementary to flam transcripts (riboprobe 508, see [21] for details and FISH protocol). (A) Dot COM is located in the nucleus of ovarian follicle cells, close to the nuclear membrane stained with anti-lamin antibody (in green).
