Unrooted Neighbor-joining tree of 61 m Pok sequences from the Daphnia genome. Con-rmPok is the consensus element in rDNA. The elements form two main clusters, denoted mPok 1 and mPok 2 that correspond to elements with inverted terminal repeat (ITR)1 and ITR2 sequences, respectively (Figure 1C). All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated in pairwise comparisons. Bootstrap values greater than 70 are indicated at the nodes of the tree. mPok, Pokey-derived miniature inverted repeat transposable element.
